A self hosted push notifications service.
Used for Alerts and possibly other notifications for the Infra-Team or projects.

===== Configuration =====

All action i.e. sending and receiving notifications require authentication.
There is a read-write and a read-only user setup that can access all topics, the password are stored in the sops file for the host.
