This service allows incoming voice calls, as well as internal connections.
===== Configuration =====

The service host is configured via Debian VM, configured through [[https://git.hamburg.ccc.de/CCCHH/ansible-infra/src/branch/main/resources/z9/yate/docker_compose|git.hamburg.ccc.de/CCCHH/ansible-infra/.../resources/z9/yate/docker_compose]].

==== SIP Providers ====

We have three SIP providers that route incoming calls to us:
  * +49 40 23830150: [[https://www.fonial.de|Fonial]] SIP line for incoming calls
  * +49 221 596191008 (EPVPN 1008) [[https://eventphone.de/doku/epvpn|Eventphone EPVPN]] incoming and outgoing calls
  * 1337: Fux Intercom to receive calls from the door intercoms.

==== Outgoing Calls ====

Emergency Numbers are routed to the public emergency numbers through the Fonial SIP line:
  * 110: Police
  * 112: Emergency Services (fire, medical)
  * 911 and 999 are routed to 112.

Four-digit numbers are routed through EPVPN.

No other outgoing calls are allowed.

We have a number of phones in our rooms:

  * 601: [[https://netbox.hamburg.ccc.de/dcim/devices/42/|Fritzbox]] FXO/analog 1
  * 602: Fritzbox FXO/analog 2
  * 610: Fritzbox DECT1

We can easily add additional extensions/devices, either as SIP phones or as ATAs (for example Granstream).

The most stable way currently to do call routing is by setting aliases or "alternatives" on an extension to all numbers that shall make the extension ring.
