This host runs mjolnir, which provides an interface for easy moderation of our matrix infrastructure.

An admin user named moderation is used by mjolnir to facilitate moderation.
This admin user also got its rate limiting disabled, so it can facilitate moderation. This was done using this api endpoint (also see issue 6286).
